By using the Trido app and platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Service. • You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

⚠️ Important Warning: Trido is not a licensed financial advisor. • All trading signals, analyses, and educational content provided through Trido are for educational and guidance purposes only. • They do not constitute any recommendation or advice to buy or sell any financial instrument. • Trading in financial markets (Forex, Crypto, Stocks) involves high risk and may result in complete loss of capital. • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. • Past performance does not guarantee future results.

When using Trido community features, you must: • Refrain from posting offensive, racist, or inappropriate content. • Not impersonate any person or entity. • Not post advertising or promotional content without permission. • Respect the intellectual property rights of others. • Report any violating content to platform management. • Not share personal information of other users.

All content, trademarks, and materials available through Trido are the exclusive property of Trido or its licensors: • No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. • Content may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. • Content you post in the community remains your property, with a license granted to Trido to display it.

• Some Trido features may require a paid subscription. • Payments are processed through App Store or Google Play depending on your platform. • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the store settings. • Refunds are not issued for the remaining period of the current subscription. • Subscription prices may change with prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban your account in the following cases: • Violation of these terms or community rules. • Using the Service for unlawful purposes. • Attempting to manipulate the system or exploit security vulnerabilities. • Publishing misleading or fraudulent content. • You will be notified of suspension reasons and may appeal the decision.

• Trido is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any trading signals or analyses. • We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from using the Service. • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. • We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. • Your continued use of the Service after modification means you agree to the updated terms.

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. • Any disputes arising from the use of the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of Iraqi courts.
