When you use the Trido app, we collect the following types of data: • Account Information: Email address, username, profile picture, and sign-in data via Apple or email. • Usage Data: Pages you visit, content you interact with, posts and comments, and community activities. • Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, unique identifiers, and preferred language. • Trading Data: Portfolios you create, signals you follow, and analyses you interact with (we do not collect your actual trading account information).

We use your data for the following purposes only: • Providing and improving app services and personalizing your experience. • Sending important notifications about trading signals and updates. • Maintaining platform security and preventing violations. • Analyzing usage patterns to improve app performance (without personal tracking). • Communicating with you regarding your account or service changes.

We never sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following cases: • With trusted service providers (such as Supabase for infrastructure) who comply with data protection standards. • Upon legal request from competent government authorities. • To protect the rights of Trido and its users from misuse. • With your explicit consent to share.

As a Trido user, you have the following rights: • Access and export your personal data at any time. • Correct inaccurate information in your account. • Request deletion of your account and all data through Settings. • Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes. • Withdraw your consent to data collection at any time.

You can delete your account through: Settings → Delete Account. • All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of confirming the request. • Deletion includes: account data, posts, comments, portfolios, and activity history. • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes for a limited period. • Data cannot be recovered after the deletion process is complete.

We apply the highest security standards to protect your data: • SSL/TLS encryption for all communications. • Secure authentication via Apple Sign-In and Supabase Auth. • Secure storage of sensitive data using encryption. • Continuous system monitoring to detect security threats. • User data isolation using Row Level Security (RLS).

We use limited technologies to improve your experience: • Essential cookies to maintain your login session. • Aggregated analytics (Google Analytics) to understand general usage patterns. • We do not use targeted ads or cross-app tracking. • You can control tracking settings from your device.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via: • In-app notification. • Email to your registered email address. • Your continued use of the app after an update means you agree to the updated policy.
